Who we are

A leading Bangladeshi technology company with a global delivery record.

4axiz IT Limited designs, develops and implements innovative, secure and scalable digital solutions for government organisations, international development partners, NGOs, INGOs and corporate enterprises — improving operational efficiency, automation, transparency and decision-making.

Our work spans beneficiary management systems, project monitoring platforms, mobile data collection applications, reporting dashboards and cloud-based solutions — from a nationwide TB monitoring system in 800+ upazila health complexes to a mutualised platform serving Handicap International operations in more than 180 countries.

Our 45 engineers, designers, QA specialists and project managers work from one building in Mirpur 12, Dhaka — with offices in Bangladesh, New Zealand, United States and Kosovo.

  • Institutional by default

Ministries, UN agencies, INGOs and corporate groups — environments where accountability, audit and uptime are non-negotiable.

  • Global by design

Delivery from Dhaka and Auckland with a US presence, serving partners whose programmes span more than 180 countries.

  • Built for trust

Donor-grade security, role-based access control, encrypted transmission and audit-ready architecture, designed in from day one.

  • End-to-end ownership

Discovery and UX through build, QA, deployment, migration, training and long-term SLA-backed support.

Mission and vision

Our mission

To deliver secure, scalable and intelligent software that improves efficiency, transparency and outcomes — on time, every time — pairing disciplined engineering with deep understanding of health, education, humanitarian and enterprise operations.

Our vision

To be the most trusted engineering partner for institutions that modernise public service and enterprise operations through technology — the company they call when the system has to work, has to scale and has to be defensible.

We measure that trust in renewals, in referrals between agencies, and in platforms still running and growing years after handover.

What that means in practice

  • Systems designed around the real workflow of the people who use them, not the org chart.
  • Security, access control and audit trails specified before the first line of code.
  • Offline-first thinking wherever the field has no reliable connectivity.
  • Documentation, training and handover treated as deliverables, not afterthoughts.

Core values

What guides our work.

  • 01

    Excellence

    Quality engineering, no shortcuts.

Every build passes structured functional, performance and regression testing before it reaches a user.

  • 02

    Integrity

    Security and trust by default.

We protect client data as if it were our own and say plainly what is and is not possible.

  • 03

    Innovation

    AI-first, future-ready thinking.

Predictive analytics, automation and SaaS-ready architecture are part of our default toolkit.

  • 04

    Partnership

    Your goals are our mandate.

We measure ourselves on your outcomes — adoption, efficiency and reporting quality — not billable hours.

  • 05

    Accountability

    We own the outcome.

One team is answerable from discovery through to post-launch support and enhancement.

  • 06

    Sustainability

    Built to be maintained.

Modular, documented codebases your team or ours can extend for years without a rewrite.
